Randy Calmes – President/Superintendent with 26 years of experience in all aspects of general construction. Randy coordinates building projects and also serves as an estimator.

Todd Calmes –
Vice President/Foreman/Operator with 22 years of experience in various phases of general construction and equipment operation. Todd assists in building operations, site preparation and leads TRC MidValley Utilities as well.
Fred De Groot - Project Manager/Director of Utilities and Excavation Division with 36 years of experience in all aspects of operations, many in top management. Fred has estimated and overseen a variety of excavating and utility projects throughout the area.
Ray Diedrick – Superintendent with 37 years of experience in all aspects of building construction. Ray directs major building projects and is a site foreman.
Tom Vanden Heuvel – Project Manager with 31 years of experience in all areas of general contracting. Tom also directs many major building projects and specializes in bar construction, cabinetry, design work and reception counters. He is the leader of Calmes Customs as well.
Larry VanWychen – Project Manager with 32 years of experience in the construction business. Larry brings great leadership qualities, knowledge in all areas of construction and superior management skills to the company. He also fulfills duties of onsite foreman.
Todd Wendt – Estimator and Project Manager with 28 years of experience in engineering and construction project management. With degrees in architecture and civil engineering, Todd estimates and manages Calmes' major construction projects and directs personnel.
Terri Reichenberger – Maintains all aspects of administration for James J. Calmes and Sons and also serves as internal project manager.
