Two Projects Begin While Two Others Near Completion

(Appleton, WI) James J. Calmes and Sons Inc. of Kaukauna, WI, broke ground Sunday, April 19, 2015, at Trinity Lutheran Ministry Center, located at 804 Grignon Street in Kaukauna. The $1.4 million expansion includes a 9,915-square-foot Ministry Center and 312-square-foot Activity Center. Construction is expected to conclude August 15, 2015.

On April 16, 2015, Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmidt was on-hand at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new 1,998-square-foot Apricot Lane store located in Bay Park Square Mall in Green Bay, WI. Calmes will perform the $90,000 interior remodel for this unique boutique that offers clothing, jewelry and accessories for girls and women.

In burger news, Milwaukee Burger Company nears completion in Franklin, WI. The 7,200-square-foot bar and restaurant is the fourth restaurant James J. Calmes has built for the Wausau, WI-based company. 

Finally, Calmes Construction is putting the finishing touches on Rhino Baseball Sports Academy formerly Air It Up, a private indoor facility located at W3223 Springfield Drive in Appleton.
